Is 5 LPA a reasonable offer for a fresher in a Data Analytics & Research role with 0 - YOE? It's the maximum the company is offering.
Also, this company opens a new door to enter the unique field of game publishing, which could provide opportunities for growth in a niche industry.
If not monetary benefits, what other areas can I negotiate around (e.g., work flexibility, career growth)?
