How do I ask for a greater than 100% hike on switch?

Look I am not being greedy. This is simply based on their previous offers and from people who work there.

If the company has paid others a 100%+ hike, they can pay you too. Just back it up with solid data and confidence..

The real question is, do they need YOU? If yes, 100%+ is totally possible. Demand what you’re worth..

I’ve seen people get 150%+ hikes. It’s all about positioning yourself as an asset they need to close ASAP.

Greedy’ is when you ask without justification. If you have market data and skills to back it up, go for it..

Start high, expect negotiation. If your ask is 120%, they might land you at 100%, which is still a win
