I been at my company for 6 months I am working everyday..but I feel like I am achieving literally nothing,I feel empty and frustrated working here. I don't think my company knows what's there vision is, the management doesn't work properly it's gonna be almost 10 months to the company and they still can't figure out the basic every month they try something new recently they changed our contracts for example..ik start ups are like this but this is too much

Hi everyone , I am currently getting 3.35 LPA + allowances in my current role. I am a technologist and did my B.Tech and diploma in mechanical, respectively, and 2 years and 6 months of experience.I am willing to progress in this though competition, but at the age of 28 years, I am feeling like I am very much far behind on the race.I like to explore ways to boost up my career. Can you all give me some advice?

Hello All,Today I received an Offer from "Suzuki Motors India Private Limited" in the Spares Parts Department at a designation of Assistant Manager in Gurgaon Location.Salary Offered to me :- 11.79 LPA which is 98k CTC/month and 86k In Hand/month.Can anyone suggest if this is a decent offer to accept for Gurgaon location or need to ask for more %hike.My current CTC is 80k CTC/month which is 9.6 LPA.
