Salary for 9 YOE for Product configuration designer at Philips R& D Pune
I have interviewed at PHILIPS Pune R&D for role product configuration designer, my cctc is 10.5, what should be my ask for 9 YOE. Pls help with comment as this is my 1st switch, no idea on salary estimate and negotiation part.

For 9 YOE, you should target at least 25-30 LPA. Philips pays decently, but negotiation is key. Ask for 30+ LPA and let them counter...
