Finally, someone is standing up against this madness! IT jobs are draining people’s lives, and companies just expect us to be available 24/7.

Respect to these employees! It’s high time we stop glorifying overwork and start demanding humane working conditions.

Nothing will change in India until labor laws benefit the worker. Example: Requiring 90 days notice before changing really slows down self advocacy, targeting the employee and protecting the employers.

Great Job! These companies gotta ensure workers' rights or even form a union in every company. It's under our fundamental rights in the constitution after all.
