Join BNP or Nomura?

Hi, Im currently drawing a ctc of 12 fixed while BnP has offered me 22 fixed and nomura has spoken verbally about 28 fixed? which company i should join for better growth oppurtunites and wlb? they both are very similar in benefits but i fear jobs security as i am the sole bread earner and have responsibilites. Tech stack - Angular spring boot sql Yoe - 5+. Any input will be appreciated. Thank you.

If job security is a top concern, BNP might be the safer option, but Nomura could offer better financial growth if it’s stable.

What’s your long-term goal? If you prioritize stability, BNP might be better. If you want aggressive salary growth, Nomura could be worth the risk.
