1. PwC AC Bangalore (WFH) - Associate 2, 11 LPA Fixed + Performance Bonus (20% verbally, not in offer letter). Joining mid-Feb, unsure about bonus for 2025. Notice period: 60 days. 2. Infosys Kolkata (Hybrid) - Associate Consultant, ₹12.5L CTC (₹10.97L Fixed + ₹62k Fixed Perf. + ₹89k Variable). Notice period: 90 days. Current CTC: 5.5L, 3 years exp at Mphasis. Stuck in a tough 90-day notice period. Suggestions?

Infosys has a 90-day notice period which can be a challenge in future switches PwC’s 60 days is slightly better

If you want to stay in consulting? toh PwC is the way and if you want to move towards IT services, management roles? Infosys might be better

Is switching to PwC or Infosys worth it with the long notice periods and bonus uncertainty?
