Job Switch advice

Dotnet fullstack developer with angular. Close to 10 years of experience. I got an offer of 42LPA from a US based product company which is setting up it office in india. The company is not that big, according to linkedin it has 200 to 500 employees overall. I currently work with one of the big 4s with decent wlb and a CTC of 30LPA. The total revenue of the new company is the operating budget of the current budget of my project ? Do you guys think this is worth the switch ?

Big 4 and decent WLB? Bro, that's like the unicorn of jobs! Do you think the 42 LPA can make up for potential instability?

200-500 employees = closer to leadership decisions. Does that excite you, or are you more comfortable in big, structured environments?

Any plans to negotiate? Maybe use the 30 LPA stability card to aim for better perks or even higher pay at the new place?

If you have an offer of 42LPA from a smaller company, you can as is get a minimum 40LPA from other big ones. You'll have to decide between being comfortable or having to prove yourself again.
