Salary negotiation tips
I have been selected for the final round salary discussion with HR so anyone would like to suggest that I have a great negotiation to get a good amount for the Gurgaon location.

Always quote a range instead of a fixed number! It gives you room to negotiate. What's your expected CTC based on your experience?

HR usually has a budget range in mind. Try asking them directly: ‘What is the budget for this role?’ before stating your expectations. This way, you don’t undersell yourself!

hai, HR se salary negotiate karna ek art hai...Pehle unka number suno, fir apna ‘expected’ batao with confidence. Ek baar ‘best we can offer’ wala dialogue aaye, tab asli game shuru hoti hai
