I have been selected for the final round salary discussion with HR so anyone would like to suggest that I have a great negotiation to get a good amount for the Gurgaon location.

Always quote a range instead of a fixed number! It gives you room to negotiate. What's your expected CTC based on your experience?

HR usually has a budget range in mind. Try asking them directly: ‘What is the budget for this role?’ before stating your expectations. This way, you don’t undersell yourself!
