Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My worst job ever was when I worked for a non-profit organization with Teleperformance in Marathahalli location. The job description was very vague, so I had difficulties knowing what I was responsible for at work, they will remove the people like tissue paper. They don't have minimum commonsense and BHR team don't know how to respect to the agents. They have own policy which no one can handle and follow . I scheduled a meeting with my manager to discuss the issue but they will debuted with me but HR, BHR, Manager no one can responded properly. They will remove the people if your performance is good also and they will say you that due to layoff we are removing the head counts. My best advice for everyone is don't join this Teleperformance company. I don't feel like my voice is heard in our team meetings. I've noticed some of our quieter team members don't have the chance to speak in meetings. Please make an effort to ensure everyone has the opportunity to contribute. Trainer's and Team leader's are good apart from these people HR, BHR, and total management is bull shit thing. They are using the people like tissue paper and throwing out from the organisation. I raised a ticket but BHR was closed my ticket by giving the silly response which is unprofessional way. Totally the worst management from HR and BHR team.
