Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would simply refrain from working for Teleperformance Portugal. There are a wide array of similar copanies that actually care about employees and pay astronomically more than Teleperformance. Also Teleperformance, despite their 'awards' are highly unethical and make every attempt to undermine any complaint submitted by employees. It is a toxic environment and I recommend NEVER working for them!
