As of now it is good company for freshers and lateral entry candidates and comparing to other BPO sector Sutherland is far better but directly is not good company

Dislikes

After 9 hours they ask to work and no compensation for over time works. After working hours they will consume your time in the name of huddle (meeting)

-Toxic work culture. -Pay very less compared to the market trends. -Very less opportunity for learning. -Monotonous decesion making by the Senior Leadership. -Management will not allow to take leaves. -Management will force you to work even if you are ill. -They will humiliate infront of peers. -They will not provide enough training to get the work done. -They will shout at their employees. -Recently they were giving team manager promotions for employees who doesn't have the desired skills to manage the team. Neither they are not being provided with enough training to manage the team. 1. Too much internal politics. 2. Promotions not based on the performance, most of the company managers doing their job in a wrong way. They are doing the power in a wrong way. 3.
