Nothing is permanent. You may get promoted one day and taken back the other day . There is a lot of favourism.

-Toxic work culture. -Pay very less compared to the market trends. -Very less opportunity for learning. -Monotonous decesion making by the Senior Leadership. -Management will not allow to take leaves. -Management will force you to work even if you are ill. -They will humiliate infront of peers. -They will not provide enough training to get the work done. -They will shout at their employees. -Recently they were giving team manager promotions for employees who doesn't have the desired skills to manage the team. Neither they are not being provided with enough training to manage the team. Highly capable employees are given additional responsibilities without appropriate compensation, while less efficient employees receive higher pay for less work.
