Likes:

A very good experience for beginners which helps one in enhancing their communication standards and will also provide one with the basic idea of how an MNC works.

Dislikes:

Nothing that I dislike at Sutherland. If there was opportunities for technical and softwares projects. It would have been a great achievement for both the company and also for the empolyees depending on their stream of educational qualification.

i was with sutherland family from 2016 to 2018 and then from 2021 aprl to june. had to quit because of serious family problems which dosent allow me to be in working mindset company is really a great company for freshers to learn patience and knw industry atmosphere since i practically learnt from sutherland as my frst job good pay for good profiles and awsome team leads and managers.specially team mates are very awsome for me as i am and was lucky to be i a team like this

for me i never felt anything to dislike❤i dislike my situation which made me quit my reentry to my sutherland family😔

Likes:

According to me it is a very comfortable and most secure environment for girls/women who is willing to grow in their carrier. Mostly their safety concern about the female staff inside the floor and also in the transportation. I highly recommend this for all the female who is willing to grow independently.
