All my team leads were understanding. They try their best to understand the teams needs.

Leave policy. Need atleast 2 sick leaves per month instead of 1. It’s too less. Especially as a woman I sometimes feel like not going for work when you are on your periods. But you just don’t have the option for more than a day.

-Toxic work culture. -Pay very less compared to the market trends. -Very less opportunity for learning. -Monotonous decesion making by the Senior Leadership. -Management will not allow to take leaves. -Management will force you to work even if you are ill. -They will humiliate infront of peers. -They will not provide enough trainingto get the work done. -They will shout at their employees. -Recently they were giving team manager promotions for employees who doesn't have the desired skills to manage the team. Neither they are not being provided with enough training to manage the team. If you are looking for a job which will improve your language, then it’s a good choice.

Dislikes

Active politics. If you work hard, then it will be the biggest mistake you make. Hard workers will never get a promotion in sutherland. Especially Sutherland kochi (McAfee). If you work for McAfee process, then you will see how the senior manager and associates play politics with employees.
