Worst moment for my life they just discrimination with North people and their management worst manegement. There is no work culture and no ethics no respect especially in BST Mandarin and chat processes management.

The recruitment team is a bunch of liars , they do empty promise nd will give u false commitment about salary structure so beware of that before joining , record every call nd ask them for documentation for every salary aspect

Worst HR team doing nothing other than recruitment. WFM is like puppet doing nothing except uploading the files shared to them. Transport department is if no use...still using the old pattern of assigning cabs to employees There's a lot more which is not said by many out there.

No respect No inclusion or diversity as advertised. They ask you to put 10/10 while taking great place to work survey. Not great place to work. Toxic management Worst process for promotion. Even with 1 yr will get promoted but not tenured for more than 9 yrs Even an unknown HR will threaten you as if u made a big mistake in process and terminating us immediately.

As of now it is good company for freshers and lateral entry candidates and comparing to other BPO sector Sutherland is far better but directly is not good company

After 9 hours they ask to work and no compensation for over time works. After working hours they will consume your time in the name of huddle (meeting)

Cafeteria is good but the shopkeeper is very rude to all employees which is annoying , unclean restrooms , sometimes cab issues .

1. Too much internal politics. 2. Promotions not based on the performance, most of the company managers doing their job in a wrong way. They are doing the power in a wrong way. 3. I have faced this problem, without any notice, in the end of the month they approved my resignation without notice period. They are doing with terminationin the last of the month and I had stuck in the location without money.
