1. At least 1 year in BPO.

2. Experience in handling customer request over voice or chat.

3. Excellent communication skills.

*Salary upto 30k +1750 Travel allowance +2750 Performance incentives.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of Sutherland, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

*Boundary Limit:

Within Central line [Sion to Dombivali] & Harbour line [Wadala to Panvel]. Some specified railway stations have a cut off of 1.5 kilometers Panvel, Kalyan and Dadar station.
