We are hiring for International Voice process. We are looking for fresher and experienced candidates, who want to build their career in the international domain by having excellent communication skills.

Preferred Candidates-
1. At least 1 year in BPO.
2. Experience in handling customer request over voice or chat.
3. Excellent communication skills.
*Salary upto 30k +1750 Travel allowance +2750 Performance incentives.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of Sutherland, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

5th Floor, Liberty Tower, Kalwa Industrial Area Thane Belapur Road, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400708
*Boundary Limit:
Within Central line [Sion to Dombivali] & Harbour line [Wadala to Panvel]. Some specified railway stations have a cut off of 1.5 kilometers Panvel, Kalyan and Dadar station.
Remote work is not currently available for this position. Only candidates residing within the designated travel boundaries can apply.

I don’t like any thing in Sutherland
There is no good canteen and only one washroom on the floor. Less maintenance of services No job security From manager to employee speak bad language on the floor. No cab facilities There is no safe for women Food is also not good.if food is good the price are very high
