Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - To get a job in Sutherland the first thing to improve is good communication. Let me tell you the easiest way that suited me. A few years back I'm not that good with my communication. I started watching English movies with subtitles and then after some time I skipped the subtitles and tried to repeat the dialogues. After a few months I learned how to properly pronounce the common words we use in our regular life. This is totally from my perspective. You can find your own method to improve your communication.
