We are hiring for Customer Service Associate profile for one of our Premium Client in Mohali location.

Work Mode -

Work From Office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understands customer query and responds to it ensuring that all queries / concerns are answered .
• Update account information and performs general maintenance upon customers request.
• Exhibits promptness and politeness using the appropriate language while answering customer queries.
• Candidate should have Good Communication skills.
• Candidate must be able to work in Rotational Shifts.

Requirements:-

• Both Freshers and experienced can apply.
• Both undergraduate and graduate can apply.

Qualification:

Graduation Required in any Stream.

Salary:

CTC -18 K

Experience -

Minimum 6 month of Experience Required in any industry.
