Job Description

SPE Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with International Contact Center in multichannel (Phone/Chat/Email) with good communication skills preferably experience in technical process & troubleshooting skills


Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift

  • Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events
