The work place was brilliant, the infrastructure especially. I enjoyed working there. It is a good company to start with but I dont find any reason to stay there for more than a year.

I have started working on Sutherland on last year September and work Atmosphere is super but there is no job security in this company because the management decisions are toxic and they take sudden decision and ramp down the employees unexpectedly, they take employees as permanent but suddenly their decision will change and they told to go from company unexpectedly, salary was Good, it will credit in time but there is no job security...Read More

Sutherland working atmosphere is very nice and super but there is no job security in this country, so don't expect any carreer growth from this company, their decision is not constant, for freshers it's a good platform but for experienced people please do go to this company, very bad opinion and disappointed too.
