There are so many things I like and dislike.. firstly I have to say that there are so many team leader in fusion are didn't know how to communicate with an associate, i think they need some knowledge about it before became a team leader. Apart from that my experience at fusion over all good 👍

Most worst category BPO in kolkata, many branches are in india, all the locations culture are same. There is no job security. Post joining any day your HOD will say you can’t continue from tomorrow, this is business decision. There is no career growth.

Each n everything was disgusting over there. The employees, the management, their so called OB Ma'am, work culture everything was disgusting.They are running a circus, they are playing career game under the name of a company. They recruiting people like "We have a urgent requirement as our business is ramping up bla bla bla...." then suddenly after 1.5weeks they through you like a use and through pen just because you have shown your own way to work, your own knowledge about recruitment, new ideas to work, new ideas for growth. Their so called HR department and their HR AM JJ who don't know how to speak in English, how to recruit people, they are working like their servant. If you are not be a good servant of them you will be thrown out from the company on the very next day. It was happened to me and my team who got recruit on a urgent basis in Fusion on month of April after 1.5week they said we can not afford too much manpower in recruitment coz our business is not running good, while we asked for some certain notice period they said we can't give you that much of time coz we can't pay for those days.Also they have committed us that we will be getting our salary by end of the month(April) not on 1st of the next month but after taking 40 to 50 follow ups on 7th of the next month(May) got half of the salary. As per the commitment given by Saikat Banerjee, Amrita Banerjee and Anindyasri Chatterjee I was expecting my buyout amount which I paid my previous company to join this circus(Fusion BPO) but I didn't get that.Till now while I'm taking follow up from Saikat Banerjee he is saying awaiting from approval from Oindrila Banerjee. Is she not active in the system from last two months, from an active employee how much time it will take to give a approval..? Is it take more than two months to take approval..?They are thinking all are fool over the world they are the only samrtest in the World, so let me tell you one thing no you are wrong.You all are puppet of the circus with zero brain and the circus running by Oindrila Banerjee who is having a tipical thought about recruitment. I was working as OM and Acting centre Head for Noida LoC. They did not have many process, Poor infrastructure.. but what was worst is they did not know how to handle client, client requirement was out of logics, they never fight with client for what is right or wrong. For an eg : Client logic is, (Planned leave also comes in Unplanned ) no one in BPO industry can say this is correct .. but fusion management agreed on this. Business had in 2 centres for Mobikwik - client used to say , your calls offered will be taken what landing in both centres but answering against that will be taken only for your centres.. why they think of that because fusion in Noida did not have enough manpower, if they had enough manpower they would have not given the business in other centre.. Fusion management was agreed to this as well, Noida centre did not have 2nd training room but 1 only which used to be occupied for other process as well.. if they don’t have training room how come process will have enough manpower on time.....Read More
