1) management doesn't care about our personal life. 2) there was no leave if there is any urgency. 3) if our health issue happens then nobody cares, they told us to please login in home. 4) This main issue is with the salary, but even the amount we're supposed to receive, like the might allowance incentive, we don't actually get.

Apart IJP and job Stability there's nothing good, do not expect to get any appraisal in current position unless you get promotion, There's lot of politics happening in management level which is concerning.

I like the most is manager never turned up on every Monday he didn’t even tuned up the whole week sometimes.

1) Zero Management (eg. Manager Hr payroll teams) 2) No Future for the agent’s 3) can’t see any growth 4) unprofessional client I was working here for 1year and 11 months my last date was on Feb 2024 hr told me that my FNF ( full and Final) will release in 45days as the company policy , after complete 45days ask to wait till 60days still I’m okay. complete 60 days I contact to my manager he ask me to wait till 90 days and I was little bit pissed off but still I said ok but after completing 90 still I didn’t receive my FNF and there’s no positive response and start ignoring my call and text . I contact one of the advocate to files legal complaint she ask me to filed legal notice for 15 days after sending legal notice to them they start working within a minute so guys I suggest you don’t ever choose this company this is not the first time happening to me even my friend had same issues before peace out...Read More
