The CMD division is the epicentre for high toxicity and unprofessional behaviour. The managers don't have any clue about software. They think that Software Engineers are useless and their work can be easily done by ChatGPT. You are expected to be in office for 9 hours and be available for late night calls. You won't be allowed to leave office early if you have late night calls scheduled. Highly unprofessional and unethical managers thrive here. They don't care about your growth or well being. They are only interested to climb up the corporate ladder at the expense of your hardwork. There is no recognition for the work you put in. The manager threatens in almost every meeting to fire you if work is not completed on time or as per his whims. The deadlines are artificial and insane. Even after you resign, you will be threatened that "Management will take certain actions against you" if you reveal to other employees that you are leaving or if you try to refer your team mates to your new company. My manager had 12 people reporting to him, but within 1 year only 2 people are left. Still, the HR or the higher management doesn't care. Please don't join the CMD division....Read More

Pay is okay, could be better when comparing to other companies. Hikes are always on the single digits. Even if you get a good rating, they always come up with a budget excuse. Managers don't care about your career growth, they'll only try to use your work to show off and get credits. Can develop skills to an extent, but most of the products use legacy software. Feels like a service based company, innovation and everything is done offshore, we are just expected to follow the instructions. This results in a lot of calls late in the evening and night, forget having free time as you'll have India specific calls in the morning too. A strict hierarchy is followed, they're itself confused sometimes, they keep adding and removing people in the reporting structure which affects your rapport and you'll have to keep proving yourself to different people....Read More
