Flexible timing and food and definitely the location being Delhi.

The worst is the internal politics. The person named "Dibya Ranjan Pati" in virology dept (Delhi plant) is nothing but a vague and unscrupulous person. He doesn't know anything about virology but buttering. He takes advantage as his boss belongs from the same city. He is simply a gossip girl. Even if you work or working tirelessly to develop a method, he will make sure that he gets all the credit. You can't say anything in a scientific meeting or project discussion forum cause he will be offended as he is very insecure about his position. If being an analyst or executive you have better scientific rationale, you first need to discuss with him and he will say that in common forum so that he can get the credit. He is such a manipulative person who can make your professional life like hell. Although he is a manager but very poor managerial skills, can't even manage a team of 2 people. Such people degrade the work environment and the company reputation. He is such a shame being called as a virologist. If you sit with him for 10 mints he will make you believe that he only made the Baltimore classification but because of his bad luck, he didn't get the credit. And because of his politics I had to leave the job (vaccine development) that I love the most. Be careful of that snake....Read More

1. HR policies are outdated. 2. Field HR has no professionalism. They treat employees as bad as they can. They just conduct interviews without discussing salary expectations. 3. Quality control department has worst lab Managers who are non competent, Egoistic & have no Scientific knowledge. They are terrible in handling their teams. They discourage employees who are good at work. 4. There is no Employee Encouraging Work culture. No matter how much good /excel you are at work, they always praise ones who are good at pretending to be a smart one. 5. No promotion strategy, no appraisal/increment for the employees who are at Analyst level. Give Increment every 2 years. That too 10%. 7. Quality Control Methods are unnecessary complicated, lengthy and has no supported scientific studies performed to support Method Validation data. 8. No vision for future expansion. Entire company is running on 2-3 products....Read More
