Food is not suitable for me . Cab is there for general shift only not all shift. Working hours is more than 9 hours ( exactly 12 hrs /10.30 hrs) and twice High pressure that's y all are abscond after joining of few days /month.

There is nothing good about the IT department in this company. If you join, you'll only end up ruining your career.

Dislikes

I worked in the IT department, where the general manager is uninformed and shows favoritism. The server engineer, Rajesh Kumar, is a dangerous person who manipulates people's lives. Despite being a senior employee, he lacks knowledge and only engages in office politics. He often uses offensive language, and both the HR manager and general manager support him.

Long tenured individuals (over a decades) have adopted the autocratic style so its leading to micromanagement, imbalanced team structure, lack of satisfaction work expecting more than our defined roles and responsibilities resulting in my burnout and unnecessary work pressure. Despite of dedicated work there is no little appreciation. During my notice period I have witnessed disturbing realities.

There's absolutely nothing to like here. Don't take it as a corporate sell out rant. As terrible are its employee policies, so are the management taking unusual initiatives.

Its definitely a great companies for non- ambitious morons who are most likely to to get rejected in the first rounds itself trying for A- Tier Companies. Some teams and their leads are the most disoriented, talentless nut jobs who seriously lack accountability and the basic sense of working in a company. Don't believe me? Get onboard random ex employees and listen to their tales. Pathetic. You still can get a fair idea of their nonsensical typical mindsets as they levy a monthly charge from the salaries of 700-1200/- for even the laptops they give out to the employees (mandatorily), which the employees cannot even opt out of. Think of it. Led by people coming up with corporate jargons that they wouldn't be able to fit their ideologies with.
