Associate with the company since 2010, I enjoy the sincere appreciation I received from not only management, but also the people I work with. A heartfelt Thanks goes a long way to improving my attitude and productivity. In terms of the nut and bolts of my jobs, it involves Spreadsheets and numbers and a lot of problem solving. I have always enjoyed discovering new Excel Features / formulas which only serve to remind me how little I really know about its full capabilities. Company handled very well Pandemic situation during COVID, and each and every staff / team members were taken care off by on time payouts without any deduction and mentally support. Little things go a long way, such as company recognising birthdays and actual achievements & appreciations. No management, the most senior position in the company is the management, he/she can decide and implement what ever they wishes, salary never on time, a promise made at the time of interview will never be fulfilled.

Only people with reference can stay here , employees don't get empowerment confirmation even after 2 years of work. Reference employees sleep and get healthy increment. Harrasment is very common specially the COO of the company hire the female candidates on looks attire and appearance. He wants to flirt and do time pass with them.
