The only good thing was salary which used to be credited on time. This was possible because of HR team's efforts.

Dislikes

Everything. To start with, no job security. Even if you are a manager, you will be thrown out like a doormat. Secondly, no appreciation for the efforts put in. Infact, you will be insulted and abused in progress meetings. Pathetic leadership of Sales team. Even if you source profiles, there is no support from Sales leaders to close them. And they are first ones shouting for profiles. Some leaders perform well and in return they abuse HR team and management supports them, because they are performing. Zero behavioral sense, poor decisions, poor management, degraded Sales management is what StemCyte is all about. StemCyte is not an emotion, it is an emotional turmoil you will go through and lack of support from the management is cherry on the cake. I wish there was a negative rating to give.

Only people with reference can stay here , employees don't get empowerment confirmation even after 2 years of work. Reference employees sleep and get healthy increment. Harrasment is very common specially the COO of the company hire the female candidates on looks attire and appearance. He wants to flirt and do time pass with them. Specially make them sit in his cabin without any reason for time pass. Even after harrasment case happened he is still been supported.

It's worst place with dirty people. Dirty politics. Loss making company hold salary of employees and still running. Funding issues

Work environment is good. They are paying salaries on time but incentives which we earned are on hold due to covid-19

Associate with the company since 2010, I enjoy the sincere appreciation I received from not only management, but also the people I work with. A heartfelt Thanks goes a long way to improving my attitude and productivity. In terms of the nut and bolts of my jobs, it involves Spreadsheets and numbers and a lot of problem solving. I have always enjoyed discovering new Excel Features / formulas which only serve to remind me how little I really know about its full capabilities. Company handled very well Pandemic situation during COVID, and each and every staff / team members were taken care off by on time payouts without any deduction and mentally support. Little things go a long way, such as company recognising birthdays and actual achievements & appreciations. At the end on positive note, I am good at my job and feel positive about my contribution to the business at highest level.
