1. Salary for fresher is 10000 , will increase to 12000 after one year 2. Nepotism, only people whose father is in production department get an opportunity and no blame game on them 3. Nepotism supporting people who are afraid of losing their position 4. 12+ hrs of job time 5. Weekend no leaves 6. No respect for engineers.. During COVID mask was not provided to Engineers. They had come to company on their risk. 7. No leaves even for health emergency 8. Blame games , if ur fresher forget it ..u r response for all disasters 9. No encouragement for new ideas 10. One dialogue u will hear pdm, "if ur not doing, I will do it..", I had replied"pls do the honours " 11. Feel bad to write all this , since I had worked (wasted) years together. But I don't want someone to fall in same trap as I did. 12. Once project meeting had completed at night 1:00. No arrangement/ support either to stay or to leave company. This was worst night where I had to stay in bus stop.

... of the ratings are from industry innocent/ new entrants / students seeking job. They pay huge sum to get trained, so obviously the company is bound to avoid malpractice. My Feedback is for their major buisness stream: Process equipment manufacturing : This is outright a toxic organization. The management functions like an ignorant investor from 80's struck by " the APPLE phenomena" so much that they have lost basic thought process, least bothered about intricate corporate affairs and QMS. As experienced; the company does not believe in Human resources team.If there is one now, it is just a puppet show. Like most of companies in Bengaluru, there will be one kannadiga admin as their first line of defence.(kannadigas are aware of this strategy). The work cultute is same as British Raj practices with leftist/communist touch.Decisions flow down from a single entity; who is ill informed and the entity is always swarmed by employees ( employees have found out the loophole ; that acting Fake innocent/ victim to him is the only way to hide their inefficiencies/crimes and stay relevant). Few legacy employees have reached the status of "Sainthood" (In company terminology; "Sarinthood"). These are the ones who are unquestionable; even if their actions are considered as crimes under labour and IPC laws. Groups formed based on languages/nepotism and mutual benefits by legacy employees is part of its work culture with no regards to skill/ talent. Tamil supremacy talks, andhra style politics, Anti kannadiga sentiments are openly showcased. Moonlighting is a common practice by employees in office (Real estate, brokering, reselling...).Innocent employees will be off loaded with others work and end up working day and night. A parasitic employee (Reddy) was the core of all dirty politics and tamil/ telugu groups formation, he was an ineligible nepotism product who used to try hard to put others down by humiliation in team meetings; got to know he was shoved off like a dog by the company for his crimes. Unfortunately the parasite has left some clones behind in the company who are eating the organization inside out undetected. Quality departments are of no value to the organization. Their existence is because of the strict requirements from biotech industry. Very evidently bioprocess and automation are preferred departments.This open secret leads to partiality in work place at all levels ( chapri team leads who talks shit in Quality departments , got no spine to even enter/question bio process or automation inefficiencies). Due to incapable leadership; some Quality assurance employees have grown a rabid attitude showcasing narcissistic behaviour and other mental dis-orders. Their USP has been that they have somehow made a connection with germany and that makes them think of themselves as Hitler. I was once threatened by a " Psycho Pastor " from process team saying that he will destroy my career and will not let me grow. Hope god will give him some peace of mind. Fake performance evaluation,Fake reports / MOM copies and Fake targeted mails are part of the daily work cultute. Ironically employees practice these lecture on email etiquettes. Shame on their upbringing and parents who passed on such poor culture. Parasitic employees hide in auditorium and conference rooms to escape from work ( with lights switched off!!). The easiest way to get them out is by offering free lunch/dinner. The company undegoes a well planned CORRECTION move every ten years are so with disruptive techniques in the name of organizational change. Their aim is to just white wash poor reputation in market and to enhance reserves / reduce the average employee age and so on. No amount of money can stop insolvency if the practices are questionable under law. Being a Malayali company, the place seems like a malayalis rearing organization ( forget about cultural inclusiveness) For what i have witnessed and experienced, the company should have been black listed long time back for the disgusting culture grown there. This company can be a great case study; to understand why sarojini mahishi report is to be implemented. It is unfortunate that many who suffered have not collected the strength to speak out due to fear of being targeted or they have prioritized their mental health over such experiences. At times speaking out is important to let the world know that such filty practices and organizations exist. Nobody is above laws, People invovled in wrong doing will kneel and repent. Kannadigas avoid this place.

... Joseph who takes up personal decisions and expects the whole company to follow. I was hired for a salary much lower than what I was getting but I had to join becoz I had already put down my papers and agreed to join here but they surprised with the low package at the last minute. Also other opportunities wasn’t a solution becoz it was peak Covid time where getting a new opportunity was only a dream. When I joined Biozeen, I came across colleagues who had a similar situation off being hired for a lower package than what we were getting in the last.

Join this company to destroy your career. This company is not even fit to be called a workshop, because these days workshops are well organised and managed in a professional manner. But this is stupid junk yard filled with decade old so called engineers and manager who are committed to die in this junky company. You learn nothing, earn nothing, no respect of dignity you day by day loose your self respect and become a subject of abusing. They never see you as an engineer or professional instead they see you like a random mason who gets picked on road side for performing some unscientific and non technical job.

...rything here is fake and controlled by 1 or 2 idiots who think they are masters. There is exists no HR policy, no insurance, no food, no transport, no timing, no leave, no on time salary, no promotion. You will see hell this holocaust. Never even think of going near the gate of this company if you are an experienced professional. You will regret through out your life for this mistake. Notice period is 3 months and basic pay will not exceed 12K per month. They will add salary under special allowance.

...ironment. 7) Management can change the company policies at any point of time. 8) Enginner will be payed less than any Maintaince or mechanical labour in the company. ( because of the overtime concept which is not applicable for engineers were we need to spend nights working with 0 benefits) 9) Management prefers people with very less education qualifications so that they can pay less and get more work done. 10) No proper training will be provided to you regarding the work. You will be made to learn only till a point with which you can copy paste some old projects and complete the project. 11) No health insurance coverage for your family. It’s a bad option to join BiOZEEN.
