It was wonderful experience by working with babycell, I got the full freedom to work on my term.. My superior were very supportive they always encouraged and guided me in all aspects.

Likes

Only a good team is the best part and the main boss . Rest things are not worth to stick with the company. No appraisal , lots of politics , no authority to any division .

Dislikes

. No innovation you keep doing the same work and hire and fire . Ask any former or present employee and offer them job they will change. Had just once given good incentives to sales and they keep making new comer fool by talking about it in the meeting . It's a trap don't fall for it
