Poor Canteen service and catering services. Scarcity of parking spaces. Poor Equipment performance. Poor Hospitality Services such as Front desk and Nursing departments (staff must be well trained). Basic facilities like Bathrooms need on priority. Inadequate waiting areas for patients attendants causing crowd near wards and critical areas.

Nursing superintendent mam support and co-operations for every need and she will always stand for her staff and the HR is always available for the staff and any time we can go to her for any hiccups and work life balance and employees satisfaction is good..

Need proper training for all medical and non medical staff staff for dealing in emergency situations and House keeping services to be improved.. hospital management is also need to give hand over to some medical background people so that he can get idea and understand how to improve our services and get excellent patient satisfaction and patients Flow

To learn my things regarding pt condition, procedure, investigation, surgeries,care of pt. HR team and incharge teams are very supportive. Cultural activities during festivals are also celebrating in hospital. Doctors treatment also very nicely

Dislikes

Very less staff on every department,so the work pressure is also increasing .. If the cases are not there in particular department staff will go different different department and helping but once department is full staff ratio is less no one is available for help.

Our senior management, consultants, especially my chief of nutrition department are excellent there are very experienced with immense practical knowledge and at the same time very professional and down to earth very approachable. If we compromise on time and money this is the excellent platform to learn and growth with such dynamites. Honoured and blessed to work here. Thank you.

This my heartfelt request our lower staff specially house keeping and nursing staff are very very very unprofessional and rude like they don't respect our patients and attenders which is why we get such horrible feed back inspite of having such dynamic professionals and facilities. This is where I think how to improve this iam working here for last seven years. This is the only worry I have.

No BASIC salary protocol in all departments including nursing Showing partiality in a view of cast religion basic Theres is no recognizing the hard and heartfully workers In all departments staff are very less especially nursing,for this reason we are missing work satisfaction
