Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 0-2 years in tele calling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or advertising sectors.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, or any regional language.
• Customer-Focused: Empathy and ability to build trust with prospective parents.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Healthcare Awareness: Basic understanding of cord blood banking is a plus (training will be provided).
