Contact Center Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate issue to the relevant department.
• Record customer interactions, feedback and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product, service and policies.

Language proficiency required : English and Hindi Must. (South Indian language Optional)
