Asset Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Managing complete physical asset data
• Co-ordination with procurement, Finance and end user of the assets
• Tracking asset delivery from vendor
• Obtaining asset delivery confirmation for new assets
• Tracking asset movements and obtaining confirmations
• Follow up with asset users for asset availability
• Periodic Verifications of all assets - Conduct regular asset inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and replacement requirements
• Co-ordination for asset disposal and write-off
• Updating Fixed Asset Registry and keeping data ready at all times
• Safe guarding all the communications and saving the details
• Co-ordination with team members for any updates on assets
• Preparing reports and providing inputs by analyzing the data
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, including procurement, disposal, and maintenance history
• Develop and implement asset maintenance schedules and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on asset management issues
• Supporting team with data, trackers, MIS other than assets
