Position Summary:

Main purpose of the job. -

• Inbound & Outbound calls for Coffee Vending machines.
• Registering machine breakdown complaints which are received via email/Whatsapp/Calls
• Respond on queries via email/chat/calls

Working mode - Hybrid

Working Days - 6 days a week with rotational weekly off

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2+ Years
