The only good thing was salary which used to be credited on time. This was possible because of HR team's efforts.

Everything. To start with, no job security. Even if you are a manager, you will be thrown out like a doormat. Secondly, no appreciation for the efforts put in. Infact, you will be insulted and abused in progress meetings. Pathetic leadership of Sales team. Even if you source profiles, there is no support from Sales leaders to close them. And they are first ones shouting for profiles. Some leaders perform well and in return they abuse HR team and management supports them, because they are performing. Zero behavioral sense, poor decisions, poor management, degraded Sales management is what StemCyte is all about. StemCyte is not an emotion, it is an emotional turmoil you will go through and lack of support from the management is cherry on the cake. I wish there was a negative rating to give....Read More

Only people with reference can stay here , employees don't get empowerment confirmation even after 2 years of work. Reference employees sleep and get healthy increment. Harrasment is very common specially the COO of the company hire the female candidates on looks attire and appearance. He wants to flirt and do time pass with them.
