And this is what I learned
1) never make an emotional connection with the company because I connect emotionally because that was start-up and me and 2more colleagues worked 17-18 hrs on month end since morning 8to night 2 O'clock .and one day company layoff Us
2) never share everything with colleagues
3) always make the Backup plan ready (means offers of other companies )
4) give time to family also
