Everything is dislike in this company they will give so much pressure so many employees are absconded because of there pressure they will automatically terminate if the employee is not doing sales proper

Although I respect first job opportunity given by the company, but l didn't expect the company's worst management system, neither they provide salary on time nor career growth is there, n incentives structure is pathetic, there are lots of politics is going on, area managers and assistant managers do politics a lot, all executives those who have been working there, company is engulfing their incentives also.. environment is pathetic, company do a lot of differentiation between the employees...Read More
