Earlier it was good to work with Lifecell now it has become a terrible place. Career growth has been restricted because of Circle head Policy of Company and franchise system. Suggested for freshers who are seeking experience can work for an year or two that's it.

Career growth Circle head Policy. And Job security. You will be blamed as a, sales person for every thing. Hr system is not good they don't respond on time. Circle heads are back of targets not the well being of employees
