Work Life Balance and Employee Benefit is really good, They will provide Food and Cab services which most of the R&D will not provide and Flexible timing and working culture is European style. Job Security is very good in this company

Learning is Not that great and you will be forced to work with less Task than the wider project. and growth ladder is not defined correctly and without skill some peoples will get the promotion

Work-life balance and exposure to data insights and tools are pretty good. You are given enough bandwidth to settle down when you are an outsider.

Dislikes

Too slow in terms of your growth and your work becomes pretty much a routine once you spend couple of years. Promotion to next level are not something very transparent and it all Manager bound. Job security is not something you are assured.
