The work culture there is very bad, employees who work hard take a long time to get their rewards whereas those who flatter the higher management easily get their rewards, promotions and increments. Koreans have a lot of ego, they easily remove Indians from their jobs for their self-ego satisfaction. Indians are considered as labourers in their eyes even if the Indian holds the post of a manager.
