Knowledge sharing is best. Collegues are good and supportive.

Dislikes

Too much work stress and heavy pressure of deadlines. Manager is not supportive and he shouting a lot on the people working under him. He can do anything to achieve his personal growth. Leave policy is very very bad, you can't take more leaves even if you are in emergency. HR is also not responsive and the communication of HR is very arrogent. Manager communication is very rough and he is treating junior employees like a slave. Too many approval required for extra leaves. Manager is not allowing Employees to take advantage of company policies such as Mobile connection, internet allowance, car sheme etc. Nobody is feeling happy at workplace. Manager's communication is very bad and he is very arrogant. Need more focus on employee benefits. Manager is careless about the employees. Both pune and Aurangabad location are bad work environment. Needs so much improvements in terms of digitalization and work life balance....Read More

Never join SPEL Team. It's like low cost resource center for UK and Germany team where most of the work is of draughtsman and you will never learn anything technical. If you really want to use the core technical knowledge join some other company rather than joining here

Employees welfare is one the primary thing SE is very sensitive about. Salary, appraisals, work culture, etc is undoubtedly one the best in the industry.
