I wanted to write about all human resource team which is currently working there. 1/5 - Worst Company to Work for - Avoid at all cost I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from Waaree Energies at all costs. This company is toxic, and the work environment is unbearable. The HR team, led by Ms. Nutan Kasibatla, is completely unprofessional and unresponsive. They promise the world when they're trying to onboard new employees to meet their targets, but once you're in, they ignore your queries and don't provide any support. The company has a hire-and-fire policy, and there's no value placed on hard work or dedication. It's a constant struggle to get anything done, and the lack of resources and support is staggering. Mr. Hitesh Mehta, who oversees Ms. Kasibatla and her team, seems completely disconnected from the reality of the company's problems. If you value your sanity and your career, do not join Waaree Energies. The stress and frustration will ruin your resume and your reputation. 1. No work life balance 2. No technical work only GADHA HAMALI 3. Canteen facilities not provided by company one 3rd party contractor is working there you need to pay 50 rupees for full thali for that we need to wait for 10 - 15 minutes, same for all workers & staff, no sitting place in canteen they arranged seating in the walkway,worst experience ever, 10 minutes tea break one person will come on the line with tea pot with disposal & we need to be present there when he come if not you will not get the tea.. 4. Leaves -you will get 1.25 PL per month & 2 SL in 3 month, it feels like labor, if you absent all goes in the LOP 5. No transport facilities from nearby location for staff, available only from surat & Navsari 6. Tremendous load for unwanted things not in the technical aspects, no one will understand the problem only ask production even in the breakdown.....Read More

Never ever join this company its LALA company. I repeat never ever join this company! - You cant eat nonveg their canteen. Even eating egg is not allowed - No fixed date for salary and its always late - You will be given the work of 10 people from the day of joining - You will feel working in a small scale industry doing harcore labour work - Work culture is of 17th century - NO leaves at all. No public holiday leaves, only 13 leaves that also your manager will not approve - The time you enter in the office you cant take your head off from the laptop.
