Nothing to like really, people seems to have sold their conscience.Especially HR. If you want to see the peak of psychophany culture.ReNew is the place.

HR when they cancel interview never bother to tell or inform people in advance. She will cancel it a minute ago and will not pick up your call. The spineless, gutless , hypocrite people sitting in top management who don't have a face to show their ugly face on camera , reject interviewees on a straightforward lie that interviewees camera is not on...even when you change place place or you wifi connection is also ok. They still says so...and they are lying openly you can read that in HR's face expression ( who by mistake had its camera on) . What a dirty culture it would be & what an ugly work environment they will be providing you can detect early. But even if you join , your fears turn right and you regret your decision & regret not listening to what your heart & gut feeling was trying to tell you long ago....Read More

Good roles and responsibilities to deliver for the company. Good paymaster back in 2021, can't say about current times what they are paying.

Politics, duplicate roles/departments, there are departments only for asking questions and reporting status, this adds to extra cost overrun for an organization and unnecessary waste of time which reduces productivity.
