Work Culture is good, Joining Relocation & travel expenses provided/claimed by company, Updated with latest technology.

More/over strict, Levels not maintained between junior & senior, More value given to contractors (company 100 % Depending on contractual work) Work life not balancing, Shift duty is so much strict & Juniors are all contractual/ third party, Old people left company every time. Canteen facility is very poor, in General, B & C shift, Breakfast/Nasta not available, Food court/small food stall available inside or outside the company. After joining, HR executives ere not helping, For coming duty, We have to travel 3 hours(1.5up+1.5 down) from mundra to Adani solar daily , 6 days working calture, Half-day not available, 9 hours duty Munda is a small town, but Cost of leaving is so much high like a metro city, poor medical facilities in Mundra, House rent is so much high 10K for 1Bhk & 13-15K for 2Bhk. Work like not balancing, you will got less time for spending with family...Read More

12 hours plus working hours in projects. No fix timing for comeback to home. Before joining they showed 8 hrs duty but in actual it was 12 hrs. Group insurance amount was very low as compared to other companies. Project Manager decides the working hours and other things.
