Wrost Department policy. This department is like a sales department. After joining RM won't teach you anything because he doesn't know anything himself But he will always say I have taught you many things. At the Starting of the month RM give a target for provide credit note to the vendor (deduct amount from vendor's bills). If you will unable to fulfill that target he threatening you that he don't give confirmation to you or creat pressure for give resign. " How we will issue credit note if vendor does not claim extra quantity in his bill ", but he is not ready to hear it. Only for this reason 4 employee left from that position within one year.
