ADANI relie too much on ONLINE mode. They don't even give departmental induction, all they do ONLINE Hi Hello. They will post you on a remote site and expect all upto date information and work that too ONLINE. But Corporate Office people will come to visit remote site as if they have came in leaisure Holiday vacation. ADANI glitters from outside, but ugly from inside.

Dislikes

Site Incharge was too much snobbish and very bossy in nature. Culture in Adani was disastrous, you will not be given the required facility required for work, but those will be restricted to only site incharge. No vehicle available for site visit work, but site incharge have 24X7 personal vehicle with driver. Remote site, not given enough leave to go home.

Only thing to like about adani groups is its job security.

Dislikes

The work-life balance here is very bad. Although the official timing is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, they have extended it by 2 more hours. If even that wasn't enough, if there is more work, they will ask you to stay for even longer. The accommodation provided by them is one of the worst accommodation anyone can provide. It is far away from any city, town and village with lacking basic needs as well. The rooms provided are not rooms, they are containers furnished from inside. No transport, no medical facility, bad food, bad accommodation and very bad HR and admin department....Read More
