Growth and learning curve is very slow , even promotion takes longer time. Specifically talking about shared services at adani . Working hours are very stretched

Work pressure in shared service is high and even work is stereo types so chances of mistakes are high and it Impact KRA at last . Such work should not be under bell curve .
