Likes

Working culture and behaviour of sinior is good for junior and contractual staffs. Bachelor accommodation and transportation is sufficient, HR support is nice to all. Freedom for jobs is one of good sing in here.

Dislikes

Time of working hours is more then 13 hours, which is very painful to balance family and work. Permanent ship is very rear chance for contractual staffs. Incriment yearly 5% on basic salary, which is unbelievable for this company. No future for contractual staffs.

Dislikes

Office politics are worst. The higher ups do whatever they like, treat juniors the worst. Training is not provided according to needs. Lots of favoritism. No growth
