Only thing to like about adani groups is its job security.

Dislikes

The work-life balance here is very bad. Although the official timing is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, they have extended it by 2 more hours. If even that wasn't enough, if there is more work, they will ask you to stay for even longer. The accommodation provided by them is one of the worst accommodation anyone can provide. It is far away from any city, town and village with lacking basic needs as well. The rooms provided are not rooms, they are containers furnished from inside. No transport, no medical facility, bad food, bad accommodation and very bad HR and admin department....Read More

Good company....job satisfaction is 100% but the person who is working in fast culture may suffer here because 3rd party working employees are there adani employees are here for 70%supervisioning and 30% field working

Dislikes

Promotion are very late but you can workk here for long time because increment will be there every year...

Company Portfolio as well as job security. Now onwards they are going to relaxation for Inter nal Job Posting.It is much better then other MNC company.

Dislikes

In Mundra Adani Petrochemical Complex ( Green PVC Project) which is constructed by Adani Infra. In Adani Infra Admin dept. not that much professional. Accommodation which is provided to us(Shared Container for bachelor)not in staying conditions due to remote location. Connectivity is very poor
